19. Where a licence is lost, destroyed, tampered with or otherwise rendered unusable, its holder must, in order to continue to carry on his activity, request a duplicate that is issued to him by the board upon payment of a fee of $8.25.
This section also applies to a document certifying the registration provided for in sections 17 and 18.
